How would I purchase my school books from SchoolVool?

To purchase you need to first register with our website as a ‘School Student’. After successful registration, login with your account details. You will be automatically directed to the unique page where your school books are listed. Select the products you wish to purchase and place your order. How do I purchase the books listed on the homepage?

The books on the homepage are available to everyone for purchase. To purchase these books you need to first register with our website as a ‘General User’. I can’t see my school books on the homepage. What do I do?

To see and purchase the collection of books prescribed by your school you need to first register for school book purchases and then login as a school student.

How do I register for School Book Purchases?

Simply click on the "Register" button from the homepage, select yes for school book purchases. You will be asked for your school name, enrollment id provided by the school and email id to register. A unique verification code will be sent to your email id which you have to enter along with a password of your choice to complete the registration process.

How do I register as a General User?

If you want to purchase the books listed on our homepage you have to register yourself as a general user. Simply click on the "Register" button from the homepage. You will be asked for your email ID. A unique verification code will be sent to your email id which you have to enter along with a password of your choice to complete the registration process.

What is Student Login?

You can only use Student Login if you have registered yourself for school book purchases. After successful registration as a ‘school student’ you can use your email id and password to login by clicking on ‘Student Login’. You will be automatically directed to the unique page where your school books would be listed.

What is General Login?

If you have registered yourself as a general user to purchase the collection of books on our homepage then click on ‘General login’. Use the email id and password you used for registration to login

How do I select items to purchase?

As you browse through the School Vool, click on the "add to cart" button beneath the items that you wish to purchase.

How do I know what is in my shopping cart?

When browsing through SchoolVool, simply look to the upper right-side of the screen and click on the cart to see which items you have in your shopping cart. Will there be any Shipping Charges? SchoolVool uses premium courier services to ensure that your books reach in time to your doorstep. A minimal shipping charge is applicable for this service which is shown in the order summary while you make your payment. Shipping charges are weight based and non-refundable. Please refer to our shipping and return policy for more details.

How can I pay on School Vool?

You can pay using your Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking or Cash On Delivery.

How do I check the current status of my order?

You can check the status of your order at any point of time, To check the status of your orders please login to your School Vool account and visit “my account” page by clicking on “my account” button given on the upper right side of your screen and then click on “Orders” tab.

What is the standard order fulfillment time?

All the orders are usually dispatched within 2 working and you will be receiving your shipment within 7 to 15 working days from the date of dispatch depending on the pincode of your address. You will receive an expected date of delivery as soon as you successfully place your order.

What should I do if i received a wrong or damaged product?

We endeavour to deliver your order damage free for which we use high quality packaging and quality inspection. However, in the rare case you have received a wrong product or damage books please write to us at cs@schoovool.com and we will ensure that your books are replaced.
