SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
You will be charged for shipping and delivery costs for all your purchases. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and non-negotiable. For every order, you wish to place you can check the shipping charges in the cart before you make the payments. The shipping charges will be added to the final order amount at the time of placing the order.
Expected date of delivery for your school will be notified on www.schoolvool.com and will be updated time to time. You will receive a notification once your order is dispatched with estimated date of delivery and tracking details.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you (consignee) should make note of it when signing for delivery. You should inform to us within 48 Hours for the replacement of damaged books.
We use a trackable shipping service/courier service for all the orders irrespective of price, weight and location. We don’t guarantee that you will receive your shipment before the expected date of delivery.
CANELLATION, REFUND AND RETURNS
You can cancel an order using your SchoolVool account till the time it is not shipped. A cancellation fee of Rs 500 per order will be charged for cancellations before shipping and will be adjusted from your refund amount. Refunds will be processed within 7 working days of the request.
Once the order is shipped, you cannot cancel the order from your account. You need to contact customer service at email@example.com with such request which shall be approved on a case to case basis. A cancellation fee of Rs 750 per order will be charged for cancellations post shipping and will be adjusted from your refund amount. Refunds if approved will be processed within 7 working days of the request.
We follow strict quality controls for packaging and shipping to our customers. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund in any circumstances but we can offer you a replacement. If the items delivered to you, are damaged, defective or wrong. Please send us a replacement request by contacting customer service.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received. It must also be in the original packaging and should be requested to us within 48 Hours from the date of delivery.
Once we receive your replacement request, we will validate it and update you the status via email within 2 working days. For an approved replacement request a replacement will be sent within 7 working days from the date of receiving your request.
An email confirmation along with the tracking id will be sent to you when the new/exchanged product is shipped from the warehouse.
Currently you cannot ask for the refund for any damage, defect or whatsoever.
