1. Log on to https://www.schoolvool.com
2. Click on the Register Tab.
3. Select ‘Yes’ when asked whether you want to purchase school books.
4. On the registration form select your school.
5. Enter your admission id. This is your unique admission id which will be provided by your school.
6. Enter your email id. This could be any email id where you wish to receive correspondence from SchoolVool related to your activity on the website.
7. You will be sent a unique verification code on the email id you entered above. Enter the verification code to verify your email id. In case you haven’t received the verification you can click on the option to resend a new verification code to your email id.
8. Enter a password of your choice, your password must contain 8 digits.
9. Click “Continue” Tab to complete the registration process.
1. Login with the Email ID, Password and Enrolment Number which you used for registration.
2. You will be redirected to the unique page of your school. Select the products you wish to purchase by clicking “Add to Cart”
3. You can visit your shopping cart by clicking on the “Cart” tab on the top right side of the website.
4. If you have added all your required products. You can view your order summary then click on “Place Order”
6. Select a delivery address or add a new delivery address of your choice. To select a delivery address click on “Deliver Here”.
7. Select the desired payment method. You can choose between Debit card, Credit Card, Net Banking and Cash on Delivery (COD).COD service is subject to availability on your Pin Code & will cost you extra as actual. You will see the payment summary on the right which will include the product charges, shipping charges, COD charges (if applicable) and the total payable amount.
8. If you choose credit card, debit card or net banking you will be redirected to payment gateway. Fill the required bank details and complete the payment process.
9. If you choose COD you will be sent a confirmation code on your mobile number which you have to enter to complete the ordering process.
10. You will see an order confirmation on screen as well as will be sent an email confirming your order.
1. Once you have successfully placed your order you can check your order status as well as manage your account.
2. Login to your student account.
3. To check order status click on the Dropdown on the Top Right hand of the website.
4. Select “All Orders”. Click on the order number which you want to check.
5. You will be redirected to an order detail page where you can see the status of your order.
6. Once your order is shipped you will see a unique tracking number for your order and a tracking URL. You can use the tracking ID and URL to track the in transit status of your order.
1. Once ordered you can cancel your order till the time it is not shipped through my account section. 2. Once shipped an order cannot be cancelled. 3. However, in the rare case you have received a damage or wrong product you can write to SchoolVool team at email@example.com and the team will assist you in replacing the order.
